ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities; being released from any dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

You acknowledge that upon attending or registering during this event, that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders and organizers of the activity in which you may participate, and that it will govern your actions and responsibilities at said activity.

In consideration of you applying to participate in activities and being allowed, You hereby take action for yourself.

You waive, release, and discharge any and all liability, including but not limited to, Liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or person; released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: All Ride Stop Location Owners, Organizers, and Volunteers
INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or person mentioned in this form, from any and all liabilities or claim made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You understand while participating in this activity, you may be photographed/recorded. You agree to allow said photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, business location, or organizers.

This ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall be construed broadly and provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. By attendance and registration to activities you CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT AS WELL AS AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
